Dr. Michael A. Goone
I wanted to be a dentist from the time of my first visit to a dental office.
I grew up in Lincolnwood and lived in Skokie while earning my DDS degree at the University of Illinois, College of Dentistry in 1983. After spending a few years providing care at an office in Peoria, Illinois, I returned to the Chicago area, where I have been providing dentistry in the communities of Lincolnwood from 1986 through 2005 and now, Skokie since 2005.
I have continued to update my dental knowledge by taking over 1500 hours of continuing education classes, and I emphasize the use of high-technology dentistry at my office.
As far as professional affiliations, I am an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Illinois and Chicago Dental Societies. I have also served as an advisory Board Member of the Texas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, and I am a past President of the Society For Advanced Microdentistry.

DEBORAH
Office Manager
Deborah has worked in the dental health field since 1979 and has been with Dr. Goone since 1995. Her experience has involved both clinical and administrative duties. She presently coordinates all aspects of the office and she will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding financing options and dental insurance. When not helping our patients she is either spending time with her family or trying to keep up with her two dogs. Her hobbies include gardening and bowling and she really enjoys volunteering at Heartland Animal Shelter.

Appointment Coordinator
I have been in the dental field for 17 years as an appointment coordinator and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I enjoy helping patients with scheduling their dental needs. I am a compassionate person and love hearing how our patients are doing. I look forward to helping and getting to know all of our patients at Leading Edge Dental Center. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, yoga, cooking, traveling, and dancing.
TINA
Dental Hygienist
Tina, homegrown in Skokie, Il, has over ten years of experience in the dental field. She graduated from Southern Illinois University with her bachelor's degree in Science and a degree in Dental Hygiene. When she is not attending continuing education seminars, she likes outdoor activities and learning how to cook. She also enjoys spending time with her nephews. She hopes to keep all of her patients happy with a bright and healthy smile and cannot wait to meet you.
KAREN
Dental Hygienist
Karen earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Prairie State College in Chicago Heights in 1995 but has been a veteran in the Dental field since 1985. She enjoys helping others and participates in an annual Dental Mission Clinic in Mexico. She has traveled extensively around the United States and abroad. In her spare time, she spends quality time with her twins.
